What are the SWBFM 2026 show hours?

The SWBFM 2026 exhibit floor is open Wednesday, October 7 from 10:00am to 3:00pm and Thursday, October 8 from 10:00am to 1:00pm. SWBFM conference hours are 9:30am to 3:00pm on October 7 and 9:30am to 1:00pm on October 8. Details are on swbfm.net/show-facts.

How much does it cost to attend SWBFM, and how do I register?

Attendance at SWBFM, including the education sessions, is free for qualified buildings and facilities management professionals. Register online at swbfm.net/register-today.

Can I bring colleagues from my company to SWBFM?

Yes. SWBFM encourages attendees to bring their entire company, and attendance is free for qualified professionals. Each attendee can register at swbfm.net/register-today.

Is there an age requirement to attend SWBFM?

Yes. No one under 18 is allowed at SWBFM.

Who attends SWBFM?

What types of facilities and organizations are represented at SWBFM?

SWBFM serves professionals from developers, data centers, offices, retail, industrial, hotels, restaurants, K-12 schools, colleges and universities, government, hospitals, military, city contracts, property management, HOAs and multifamily properties.

What education sessions does SWBFM offer?

SWBFM runs a free educational conference alongside the trade show, featuring 20 individual one-hour talks. Topics include LEED, green building, sustainability, energy, building commissioning, facility maintenance, and construction and renovation planning.

Can I earn continuing education credits at SWBFM?

The SWBFM site states that conference sessions are accredited for 1 CFM credit from IFMA and 0.1 CEU from AFE each. Confirm the credits offered for the 2026 sessions with ProExpos at info@proexpos.com or (510) 888-1661.

Is lunch provided at SWBFM?

Yes. All SWBFM attendees are invited to the attendee luncheon on Wednesday, October 7, 2026 from 1:00pm to 2:00pm, which includes free beer, wine, soft drinks and a gourmet lunch.

What booth sizes and exhibitor badges are available at SWBFM?

The SWBFM exhibitor service kit offers booth furnishing packages for 10x10 and 10x20 booths. Exhibitor badges for everyone working the booth are ordered through the kit, with a limit of 3 badges per 10x10 booth.

When is SWBFM 2026 exhibitor move-in and move-out?

SWBFM 2026 exhibitor move-in and setup is Tuesday, October 6 from 9am to 5pm. Exhibitor tear-down and move-out is Thursday, October 8 from 1pm to 8pm.

How do I ship exhibit materials to SWBFM 2026?

The Convention Solutions + Innovations warehouse at 3701 W. Cambridge Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85009 accepts SWBFM exhibit materials until Thursday, October 1, 2026. Direct shipments to the Phoenix Convention Center are highly discouraged and must arrive only during move-in on Tuesday, October 6, between 9am and 6pm.
